Do I Need an Auto Accident Attorney?

Accident victims have important legal as well as health care requirements that need to be addressed.

Does your auto accident involve an injury? Are you having trouble with your insurance company or the other party's insurer? Has your claim been denied or delayed? Is the party at fault uninsured? These are all good reasons to see a Collision Recovery Network certified Auto Accident Attorney to make sure your interests are properly represented and your claims properly handled.

If you feel you should seek advice from an attorney, Collision Recovery Network will arrange for a no fee consultation with one our certified law firms.

If you have an injury, it is important to be evaluated by a medical clinic first. The findings from your exam will give you the information you need in order to decide if an attorney is necessary.

Collision Recovery Network’s office will send detailed medical and accident reports to your attorney as you are receiving treatment to keep your legal counsel apprised of your progress.

Upon completion of treatment a final report is then forwarded to the legal office documenting the results of your treatment and any loss of mobility or permanent damage.

Attorneys in the Collision Recovery Network know the law and your rights. They are prepared to communicate with persistent or intimidating insurance representatives to help you get the treatment and other benefits to which you are entitled.

Car Rental

The other driver’s insurance company won’t “accept liability” and put you into a rental car.

In most cases this occurs because the carrier has not been able to contact their insured driver to obtain their version of the accident. The insurance company has a contractual obligation to their insured to investigate prior to paying benefits. Normally this entails getting their driver’s version of events, even in clear liability collisions.

In many cases Collision Recovery Network will arrange complimentary rental cars for our clients for a minimum of three days. This will allow our clients to keep critical appointments while the insurance company is evaluating liability.

Collision Recovery Network will work diligently with the insurance company to extend the rental while the client’s car is being repaired or until they are made whole on their property damage and are able to purchase a new vehicle.

The Insurance Company gave me a sub compact when I drive a full size car.

If you are not at fault you, are entitled to a rental of like kind and quality to the one being repaired. If you are at fault your policy may have a daily dollar amount for reimbursement.

Collision Recovery Network works closely with rental agencies and in most cases can get you into a vehicle that satisfies your needs regardless of fault.

Medical Services

To ensure your wellbeing, Collision Recovery Network will arrange for you to see one of our Certified Network Medical Clinics at a convenient location, close to your work or home.

If you are not injured our certified clinic will not charge you. If you are injured, we will schedule an appointment for you to see a qualified doctor. After your accident, you may or may not be experiencing pain.

Surprisingly, most auto injuries are concealed and seldom detected for several months, or even years. Often, initial pain goes away, only to return full-blown later. Soft tissue injuries (injuries to muscles, ligaments, and discs) caused by auto accidents can be very misleading. Soft tissue injuries may heal with scar tissue and this doesn’t always cause immediate pain, but the damage done can lead to the following problems:

  • Recurring headaches

  • Neck pain and stiffness

  • Numbness, tingling, or pain in the arms or hands

  • Chronic muscle tension and spasm

  • Low back pain

  • Spinal disc degeneration

  • Painful, inflamed arthritis

  • Sore, tight, inflexible muscles

  • Decreased athletic ability

  • Greater chance of re-injury

  • Poor posture
